Pizza!‏

Hola todos!
It is nice to hear that everyone is doing so well, and I am glad to hear that things seem to be going smoothly all around. Sorry about not being able to write Tuesday, the old missionaries all left on Tuesday and Wednesday, and we received new companions today, as well as all of the new norte americanos. It was so crazy to see them all, and realize that we are all the old elders here now. And it is crazy to think that I am more than two thirds done my MTC stay! Wow, time is a fickle thing.
We got pizza yesterday! It was incredible! We had the morning yesterday as a tour of the city of Lima, and it was incredible. I loved hearing about the culture and history a little bit, and it made me really want to learn more and experience more about it. We also had the opportunity to go to some of the little stores around the main Plaza in Lima, and I bought a toque like the one Bryan has but with llamas on it, so better. :) I also got a Lima soccer Jersey, and it cost twenty soles, which is the same as about $7. I thought it was a pretty nice bargain. and the toque was only 10 soles.
General Conference was a whole different experience than I have ever experienced before. Incredible. It felt as though each speaker was speaking directly to me. I am sure you all felt a little of that yourselves. It was funny how much of the conference actually spoke of or made reference to south America, and especially peru. We had all three of our Area Authorities speak or give a prayer in the last session. The one generel authority who spoke, Elder Podoy, spoke in the MTC here in Lima two weeks ago. It was so great. We had the 10 year anniversary here last night, and my district actually sang a song in the program, and it was a great experience. We tried to play a night game of soccer, because the lights were on, but there was a man there who wouldn´t have anything of it, so we were pretty sad.
Things are going well, and I am so grateful for the opportunity I have to be here. I really want to serve the Lord with all of my heart, might, mind and strength. I love how the Lord knows each of us personally, better than we know ourselves, and I pray for His Spirit to guide each of us always. This Gospel is true, and Jesus Christ is without any doubt, our only chance. Our Savior.

Thanks for everything, and I love you all!! Elder Milner
